Driving Recruitment - Divisional Manager

    • Are you currently a senior consultant looking to move into managementOr maybe you are in a management position but are not being rewarded properlyIf so, we have the perfect role for you!*Please note driving recruitment experience is an absolute MUST for this role.Our well-established client is looking for an experienced driving recruitment consultant to join their high performing team in Walsall.You will have at least 3 years driving recruitment experience and are currently a full 360 consultant who enjoys client development, bringing on new business and pitching for PSL’s in the transport and logistics sector.As the Divisional Manager you will be responsible for the line management of an experienced consultant and resourcer - both of which have been in their roles for a minimum of 18months.The driving division is highly profitable, however there is plenty of opportunity for it to expand and grow under the leadership of an ambitious senior consultant.Ideal candidate:
  • Driving recruitment experience 3years +
  • Stable career history with good weekly GP figures
  • Looking for management and career progression
  • Full UK driving licence
