Job Description

About the opportunity We are recruiting for a Customer Relations Advisor to join our market leading Commercial Team at our Customer Support Centre.The Customer Relations Advisor is effectively the voice of our Poundland, Dealz and Pep&Co customer, whether that be engaging via telephone, email or even by post. Working closely with the Customer Relations Manager, the Customer Relations advisor willwork as part of a small team maintaining our high standards of customer service.This role offers hybrid working, and will be based at either CSC, Wednesbury or working from home.   • Managing customer accounts and resolving queries in line with policies and procedures
  • Investigating claims and accurately assessing your findings to then communicate back resolutions
  • Communication through various channels, Building customer retention
  • Evalutating and sharing ways to continually improve the service of the Customer Relations Function both in terms of effectiveness and cost.
  • Issuing data to both internal and external customers ensuring accuracy always.
What youll need...
  • Knowledge of ZenDesk/Salesforce and experience of using various database/information systems to obtain information.
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Previous Customer Service experience working on a transactional website
  • Previous Customer Service experience within Retail or an office environment with a good understanding of consumer law and managing personal data in line with current legislation.
