It is important that the candidate is decisive, authoritative and has some experience working within the construction sector. IT skills and good communicationskills are required along with a good understanding of project finances and the ability to compile a project account for the clientDuties to include:

  • Continually drive the company core values within the team - Humble, Hungry, Smart, Caring & Honest.
  • Overseeing three Project Managers ensuring smooth running of projects.
  • Monitoring budgets on projects to deliver consistent financial profit within company margin goals.
  • Monitoring the communication with clients to ensure all clientele are informed and happy with the service provided.
  • Dealing with any complaints or issues that arise in an authoritative and prompt manner, making decisions quickly to minimize client upset.
  • Visiting sites and attending high level site meetings where required to support the Project Managers.
  • Ensure department figures are gathered accurately, collated, and submitted in time for the weekly report.
  • Ensure all customer files and records are updated accurately and consistently.
  • Growing the department and forming it including recruiting talent to aid fast growth.

  • Able to understand and compile project financial reports for clients.
