Area Sales Manager - construction products into social housingArea: West MidlandsThe Role of Area Sales Manager - Social HousingThis is a field / home based role covering the West Midlands. This Area Sales Manager vacancy sits within our clients social housing division. As Area Sales Manager, you will sell a leading range of electrical construction products targeting residentialsocial housing and local authority projects. The incoming Area Sales Manager will benefit from inheriting strong and long-standing pre-existing relationships with social housing providers and local authorities. Therefore, there will be a mix of account managementand business development. This varied role will see you dealing with decision makers at all levels such as Asset Managers and Building Service Managers etc.The CompanyOur client are a well established leading manufacturer and brand within the construction industry. They have track record of bringing to market energy efficient products that can be seen in residential properties and are a trusted brand that developers,contractors and other specifiers depend on.   • Whilst experience selling into Social Housing or Local Authorities is advantageous - our client is prepared to consider candidates from any sales background. You must however come with a solid track record, bags of energy and be able to demonstrate credibilityand previous sales success.
The Package
  • up to £42,000 basic
  • £10-20K OTE uncapped
  • High spec company car
  • 6% v 3% pension
