The company are looking for committed and hard-working individuals who are looking for a long-term permanentjob opportunity.The job you will be doing:As a Trainee Quality & Compliance Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring intermediary’s adherence to regulatory and internal requirements, thereby delivering good outcomes for customers, safeguarding the firm’s reputation, and maintaining thehighest standards of conduct.In your first year you will be trained in multiple aspects of Risk & Compliance Team tasks, and during this time you will start your development in Quality & Compliance and have the opportunity to learn data governance and risk management. We will put apersonal development plan in place so we can assess your overall skills and what area of the team you naturally gravitate towards and where best meets your skills, personality, and your own preference on development.Some responsibilities you will trained in, include:
  • Support the delivery of the annual compliance planning and monitoring framework
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes
  • Second-line of defence monitoring to help build and/or monitor first line of defence controls
  • Updating policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintain regulatory ELearning Training & Competence
  • Maintaining accurate, up to date and detailed compliance records and registers
