In this role, youll lead a talented development team, shaping our engineering culture and driving excellence in development processes. Responsibilities include designing, implementing,and optimizing simulation software, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and artists.Required Skills

Proficient in C++ coding principles with 4+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5
Ideally 5+ years of experience in gaming or real-time simulation development
Ability to manage development engineers and mentor junior team members
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
