Are you an inspirational, driven, and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher who is looking to make a positive difference to the lives of young people If so, we want to hear from you!Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to work in one of our Primary Schools in Wallsend on a full-time and long-term basis to start after October half-term.The role will involve planning and delivering lessons with the support of Teaching Assistants within lessons. The role will be based with a mixed ability class so a key part of the role will be to differentiate learning activities appropriately to ensureall pupils make excellent progress and are taught in a way that is suited to their individual needs and learning styles.It is a brilliantly supportive, inspiring, and enjoyable environment for both students and staff. This is a role that will give you the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of children every day.This role will involve:* Planning and teaching engaging and informative lessons pupils that inspires Year 6 pupils and allows them all to make progress.* Building positive relationships with pupils and Teaching Assistants to create excellent learning environments.* Managing challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive and consistent manner* Differentiating lessons appropriately to suit the needs and earning styles of all pupils.* Displaying high levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with children.* Working effectively with Teaching Assistants to ensure children receive the best possible educational experience.This role requires:* An Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service but this is not essential as we can process a new one for you)* QTS * Strong subject knowledge* A positive and resilient attitude towards Teaching and work* Experience of Teaching within the UK* A genuine passion for Teaching young people to fulfil their potential and flourish in education.* Strong organisation and communication skills* A commitment to CPDIf you are interested, please apply asap as the school are looking to recruit promptly for September so an early application is encouraged!
