As the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, youll not only support their continued growth but also shape the culture of excellence that defines them.Key Responsibilities of the Facilities and Maintenance Manager:•Lead and inspire a diverse team, ensuring safety and efficiency in teams including cleaning, maintenance, and security operations.•Providing adequate welfare facilities for a 400+ workforce, ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, drainage and heating, are well-maintained and meet government legislation, regulations and health and safety standards.•Manage contracts and services, from gardening to IT, from catering to cleaning to keep the facility running smoothly.•Drive budget management and oversee maintenance concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.•Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, keeping our operations running like clockwork.•Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work.•Oversee building projects and renovations, ensuring excellence every step of the way.The ideal candidate:•A proven leader with a knack for driving change and inspiring greatness.•Proficient in high-level planning and critical decision-making.•Hands-on attitude with technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.•Proficiency operating modern maintenance technology, including ERP and CRM systems.•Good verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to translate complex information.•Skilled in modern maintenance technology and effective communication.•Detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing circumstances.•Organisational skills for scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring job completion, even during emergencies.What our client offers:•Competitive salary of £70k, based on experience.•Exciting employee benefits, including optical care and bike2work opportunities.•Unlimited potential for growth and upskilling – your development matters to us!Apply Today - If youre ready to embark on a new challenge and bring your unique skill set to our clients team, dont hesitate!
