You will work with business leads to develop research ideas, design and undertake fieldwork, conduct quantitativeand qualitative analysis and present findings both verbally and in writing to a range of audiences.What you’ll doYou will support evidence based policing, creating research evidence to inform decision-making and improve policing practice.You will lead on quality assurance work, assessing standards of activity and making recommendations for improvement and change.What you’ll bringWe are looking for an experienced individual who will lead on improvement by design and delivery through robust research and evaluation. This will drive force performance and achieve value for money.You will have a degree or the equivalent in a related subject with at least 2 years of relevant work experience and demonstrate the aptitude to lead on planning, managing and coordinating internal inspections and evaluations.
