Pattinsons are the largest independent estate agents in the North East but we are also still a family run business. Our staff are at the heart of our business and we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic new sales people to join our team.Based at our new office in Norton we areopen six days a week selling and renting properties. We are looking for enthusiastic staff to join the team on a full time basisIt is a varied and interesting role, where no two days are the same and there is always potential to generate business. Duties will include- Schedule and conduct property viewings-Generate Valuations-Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements- Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants-Advertise and market available properties through various channels-Respond to inquiries from clients and provide accurate information about properties-Conduct market research to stay updated on property prices and trends-Refer customers for additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing-Work closely with our Auction department to gain entries into our property auctions .Previous estate agency is essential for this role. A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are paramount.The ideal candidate will have-Previous experience of working within the estate agency sector-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize-Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry-Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamIn addition to your basic salary you will earn uncapped commission based on your individual results so if you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,we would love to hear from you.Join our team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator and take your career to new heights!Required skills
