Job Description

Architectural Technician (REVIT)Location: Wallsend, NewcastleSalary: Competitive (Negotiable based on experience)Benefits: 37 days holiday, Healthcare, £500 per year personal development fund, Flexible start and finish times, Hybrid workingOur client, a leading player in the architectural industry, is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technician with proficiency in REVIT to join their dynamic team in Wallsend, Newcastle. As a recruitment consultant, we are representingour client anonymously, who places great importance on confidentiality.Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the Built Environment
  • Proficiency in REVIT software
  • RIBA qualification
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Utilize REVIT software to create accurate and high-quality architectural designs
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative design solutions
