Job Description

Services Co-ordinatorWallington area£23,000Full-Time Permanent Hours 37.50 per weekHybrid or office based20 days holidays rising to 25 + Bank holidaysPension SchemeShopping DiscountsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Services Co-ordinator to join a multi-award-winning company. You will be part of our enthusiastic and successful team, who provide end to end results to our large variety of clients ensuring their needs are met.Key Responsibilities as a Services Co-ordinator

  • Working with clients, customers and team of engineers to focus on organising key activities and services
  • Close client liason mangeing their expectations
  • We are often required to manage stock and ensure that the correct equipment is on site when our engineer arrives. This will involve close liaison with our warehouse and appropriate product training will be provided.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
Key Requirements of the Services Coordinator
  • Established experience within a customer service role
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capacity to work with a diverse range of people
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Confident telephone manner
