Immediate StartJob Title: Sales/office AdministratorSalary: Up to £21,000 paLocation: WallingtonWe are recruiting for a Sales/Office Administrator to join our clients team in Wallington. They are looking for someone with previous office experience whos eager to learn and develop their existing skills.Your Key Responsibilities will include:* Assist with opening of departmental mail as necessary; linking correspondence to files as required* Answering phone, taking messages and directing calls as appropriate* Photocopying and making up files* Maintenance of Filing and Archive system, * Enter data onto systems, as required - Sage 200 & data storage* Assist with the output of outgoing mail as required* Quickly develop into being office based sales support and client maintenance * Supports colleagues with other duties as required and as directed by the ManagerKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:* Ability and intelligence to learn quickly * Previous Administrative experience to a high level * ERP experience - ideally in Sage 200* Keen to take on responsibility and ownership* Great communication skills; ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers* Fantastic attention to detail* Understand procedures and follow instructions* To deal with information on a confidential basis* IT/Tech savvy* The ability to understand their role and how it fits into the organisation* The ability to develop basic understanding of the organisation* Computer literate - ability to use Microsoft office and in-house computer packagesIf you have the right skills and experience for this role then please apply today.
