Job Description

PA/Property Manager£23,000Monday to FridaySuttonJob descriptionThe successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a our residential portfolio together with the Property Manager and provide adhoc PA tasks to the CEO.Property maintenance key tasks include:

  • Handling day to day property maintenance
  • Ensuring the vacant units are ready for new occupants
  • Attending properties where required to allow access to estate agents / contractors
  • Logging maintenance queries, liaising with tenants and contractors
  • Ensuring all tasks are updated daily and submitted to the relevant property manager
  • Keeping and maintaining records of new tenants, existing tenants and rent payments
  • Reporting any issues to the lead property manager
  • Liaising with tenants directly on tenancy renewals and drafting tenancy agreements
  • Be able to assist the relevant property manager with insurance claims & liaise directly with insurers
PA / office admin tasks:
  • Arrange various appointment bookings for CEO
  • Assist with various tasks for senior managers including travel arrangements for the CEO or senior managers.
  • Assist HR department to arrange and plan company events
  • Office maintenance duties such as arranging window/ roof cleaners/ repairs
  • Ordering office supplies such as stationery, coffee, tea, sugar
  • Assist with any maintenance for the CEOs properties
  • Adhoc duties
Experience & skills requirements:
  • Experience in real estate and property management is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Must be numerate
  • must have outstanding organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Solution orientated & proactive approach
  • Must be able to work as independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £19,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
