Job Description

Kenneth Brian Associates is looking for a Finance Business Partner to work for a rapidly growing organisation based in Wallington, Surrey.The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the planning, forecasting and reporting of the company performance; along with identifying opportunities for margin improvement and process efficiencies within the wider business. The Finance BusinessPartner will be working on a hybrid basis.Salary:£60-£65KLocation: Hybrid - 3 days office basedFinance Business Partner duties:

  • Deliver robust management reporting
  • Work with the business to deliver strong margins and accurate cost reporting
  • Manage the business planning (budgeting and forecasting) processes
  • Develop the forecasting model
  • Work with the teams to identify performance and conversion improvement opportunities
  • Attend trading meetings, providing insight into business performance and making recommendations
  • Provide insightful reporting to the internal divisions such as Marketing etc.
  • Produce the month end management accounts
  • Ensure month end reconciliations are performed for the prepayment and accrual tour operating accounts
  • Manage the Assistant Management Accountants
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven Accounting, Finance Business Partnering and Management Accounts experience
  • Ideally be qualified or part qualified
  • People management experience
  • Strong understanding of Finance systems and how data links across the different ledgers
