Job Description

The CompanyAn independent business who focus on environmental policies, based in Wallingford, are looking for a strong Administrator to join them to provide a supporting function across three departments in the business. This is a great opportunity to join a wonderfulbusiness in which you can feel you are really giving something back!The RoleThis is a busy role which requires wearing many hats and being able to think on your feet! Key duties include:

  • Diary management.
  • Drafting template contracts.
  • Organising meetings, both in person and via video/teleconferencing.
  • Booking travel in the UK, occasionally international.
  • Handling expenses.
  • Preparing agendas and minute taking for meetings.
  • Providing other support across the business as required.
About YouIdeally you will have previous experience working in a supporting function. We are also able to consider fresh Graduates who have office/admin experience gained via temporary or permanent roles. Key skills and attributes required:
  • Can work effectively as part of a team and provide high quality support to numerous individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral).
  • Can work independently and prioritise a demanding and busy workload with excellent organisational skills.
  • Is proactive and able to adapt to change quickly, offering a flexible attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate and numerate.
  • Good working knowledge of MS suite (especially Excel) with confidence working on simple databases.
  • Able to confidently host online meetings (Teams, Zoom).
  • Able to manage calendars online and book virtual meetings.
Package:
  • Start date 3rd July.
  • Fixed Term Contract 9-12 months to cover maternity leave.
  • Flexible working and hybrid, 50/50 split.
