Job Description

Children’s Registered Manager – Wirral £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience + clear salary progression routes)We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track of turning a service around and proven track record with Ofsted! The home has recently had some setbacks in regard to the last manager, so they are closely working with Ofsted and had compliance lifted however remains at a low rating. You will have full autonomy however due to the last assurance visit from Ofsted; you will be required to work closely with the Director at the start to ensure you approve the inadequate rating.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone really looking throw themselves into a service; this is growing business who will be opening a 3rd home within 6 months! Meaning lots of room for progression!While the Registered Manager is employed for 37.5 hours per week, the role may involve evening, weekend, and sleeping-in duties.Essential Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Registered Manager in Children’s Residential Services
  • Proven track record of Good outcomes with Ofsted
  • Full driving licence
  • Along with a fantastic salary you will receive the below benefits:
  • Annual leave – 20 days + 8 days bank holiday rising to a maximum of 30 days by annual increments following 5 years of employment. (this can be negotiable for right person)
