Job Description

Part Time Qualified Accountant Up to £40,000 pro rota - 20 Hours per week, can be flexible arranged to suit.The Role

Preparation of monthly financial accounts; including journal postings, accruals & prepayments

Maintains accurate accounting records and provision of financial reports

Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet and Intercompany reconciliations

Completion of VAT returns on a quarterly basis

Provision of data, analysis and insight as requested

Liaise with external auditors as required

Oversight of Capital Expenditure and maintain accurate asset records and reporting

Monitors and reviews cash flow performance

Performance of review & authorisation over company activities including expenditure and bank payments

Support office administration staff providing direction and training as required

HR function and monthly payroll for 10 staff (Sage 50),

The ideal candidate

Qualified accountant

Good IT skills including experience of Sage 50

Need to be a car owner due to the location of the offices

Strong communications skills and ability to work as a team member or independently.
