Have you got the resilience to support people in a high-risk environmentAre you willing to gain the necessary skills to support people with complex needsDo you have caring and compassionate valuesWe are looking for Advanced Support Workers to come and join our team at Margaret’s Close!This is a rewarding role where you will have access to a dedicated Therapeutic Clinician team, who will enable you to give the People We Support greater levels of independence.The People We Support will have challenging behaviors, highly complex needs, learning disabilities and significant mental health conditions.
