Fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company based in Wakefield who have an urgent requirement for a temporaryAdmin Assistant- immediate start (could go perm to the right candidate).You will be working in a small, busy but friendly team providing admin support as well as excellent customer service support.This role is a varied role so you must have a "can do" attitude(however, system training will be provided)Office based - 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 p.m.Main duties:--Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and polite manner-Replying to customers via e-mail in a professional and polite manner-Dealing with queries/questions and complaints-Updating customer details on the system-Data inputting-Booking tickets for customers (system based)-Undertake additional admin duties (filing, photocopying, scanning etc)Person spec:--Experience in a similar Customer Service role-Excellent communication skills verbal/written-Methodical with a good eye for detail-Accurate data input skills-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines-Team player-Immediately availableHours of work are 9.00 a.m.- 5.30 p.m. Monday to FridayCar parking is available
