Job Description

Have you got the resilience to support people in a high-risk environmentAre you willing to gain the necessary skills to support people with complex needsDo you have caring and compassionate valuesDo you want to work for a supportive and progressive organisationWe are Hiring Advanced Support Workers at our new service Margaret’s Close, in Knottingley, Wakefield!This is a rewarding role where you will have access to a dedicated Therapeutic Clinician team, who will enable you to give the People We Support greater levels of independence.The People We Support will have challenging behaviours, highly complex needs, learning disabilities and significant mental health conditions. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will empower the People We Support to fulfil their lives in the community.If you have supported a person either in a work related or personal setting with challenging behaviours or have experience of being resilient in a difficult or challenging environment, then this is the role for you!This role is the equivalent of an NHS Band 3 position and will provide you with the following benefits.
