As an Advanced Support Worker, you will empower the People We Support to fulfil their lives in the community.If you have supported a person either in a work related or personal setting with challenging behaviours or have experience of being resilient in a difficult or challenging environment, then this is the role for you!This role is the equivalent of an NHS Band 3 position and will provide you with the following benefits.
