This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. This commitment to improving and supporting our local communities is embedded into our working lives so much that we actively encourage our colleagues to spend one day a year volunteering by giving them a day off.The RoleIn this role you will be handling a serious injury caseload, predominantly RTA based and it is anticipated you will deal with cases valued up to GBP 50,000.Person SpecificationIdeally you will be a Grade C qualified solicitor, a Fellow of CILEx or have equivalent experience in a similar Personal Injury role. We also welcome applications form Trainee Solicitors who are due to qualify this year or NQs if you can demonstrate a level of handling Multi Track competency. Youll have strong communication skills and will be an excellent negotiator with good objection handling skills.It is essential in this role that you are organised with good time management skills, youll be proactive and work well in a fast-paced environment.
