Shift Production ManagerConservatory Outlet Ltd is an industry-leading manufacturer of home improvement products spanning contemporary extensions, conservatories, orangeries, roofs, glass, windows and doors in both uPVC and aluminium. Part of a £40m+ turnover Group that also ownsand runs two of the Norths most successful retail installers. To support our ongoing business growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Shift Production Manager. You will be focused on the production of a quality product, maximising production capacityand meeting customer expectations.You will be an integral part of the Production Management team, providing clear and supportive leadership. Your energy, drive and commitment will inspire your team to achieve and exceed demanding KPI targets, enabling you to focus on delivering real long-termresults.Forward thinking and practical, you will be skilled in building strong working partnerships both internally and externally. With a progressive view towards production excellence, you must have a proven track record of production management and thrive fromworking in a fast-moving home improvement manufacturing environment.
