REED need to actively look for a People Manager who could cover at Marsh Way House - Wakefield, initially for 3 months withscope to be extended.You wouldbe responsible for managing 3 rough sleeping outreach workers and the rough sleeper coordinator. We require someone with previous people management experience. The role is 20 hours a week working over 3 days, some cover of early hour outreach maybe required so a car driver is desirable. Excel knowledge, multi-agency meetings, supporting small team via one to ones, coaching and team meetings. Some knowledge of homelessness, supported housing sector and rough sleepers is also desirable.Pay rates fro the role are £16,73 PAYE and £20.57 LTD.Please click on the below link to apply.
