Page Personnel are shortlisting for a permanent Senior Recruitment Advisor position based in Wakefield (WF1), with occasional home-working available. Our client is an outsourced recruitment provider, but are not an agency. Therefore, this vacancy would be the ideal opportunity for recruitment candidates who are looking to move away from cold-calling but enjoy the client/candidate relationship management aspects of their role.DescriptionThis role will involve partnering with a number of key clients, providing an excellent customer service and recruiting for a wide variety of roles.Duties will include:

  • Write and post job descriptions;
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media;
  • Account manage and develop client accounts and client relationships;
  • Strategically support your client accounts;
  • Administer applicant tracking systems;
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters;
  • Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews;
  • Supporting and advising the hiring manager/team with the recruitment process;
  • Supporting with onboarding on new employees;
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires;
  • Attend job fairs and careers events;
  • Sourcing material for social media and blog content;
  • Attending networking events to promote the company.
