Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join Meridian Business Support asAccount Coordinatorworking Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday 0530 - 1400however flexibility is required to suit clients shift patterns. The role will be based out of our Wakefield branch covering client sites in Doncaster so you MUST have your own transport.Salary £22k plus car allowance, bonusplus other excellent benefits!AsAccount Co-ordinator you will be managing a team of anything up to 400 temporary staff onsite, monitoring attendance, managing all shift check ins and calling all those who have not attended shifts. You will update all KPIs regularly and report figures daily to Line Manager, as well as manage all performance of the temporary staff onsite and address any issues effectively. In addition you will support payroll with timesheet data, deal with any pay queries and conduct new starter surveys.Onsite meetings with the clientwill be held regularly as well as building solid relationships onsite with all areas of the business.It is essential you have Recruitment experience ideally from an industrial agency background. Experience of working onsite is preferable with good knowledge of dealing with a high volume workforce. Previous experience in payroll, with excellent IT skills is required for this role.This would suit: Recruitment Consultant, Temporaries Manager, Contract Manager, Account Co-ordinator, On site Consultant, Customer Service.IND50
