You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the inspection of both the manufactured products and the BIP (Bought in Products) to ensure compliance to customer specifications and established quality standards.You will take pride in your work, know what good quality looks like, be able to identify and rectify quality issues and support the production of a quality product to our retail network.If you are looking for a role where you can utilise your skills, knowledge and experience and focus on the manufacturing of a quality product, then you could be perfect for these positions.The hours of work for Quality Supervisor are Monday to Friday 08.30am -5.00pm.Supervisor Role Responsibilities·To be responsible for monitoring personnel, resources and quality control ensuring products are produced to a high-quality standard and in line with customer delivery dates;·To monitor quality control and establish and enforce company standards, documentation and procedures, including the compliance with the CAR and NCR processes;·To supervise and co-ordinate all activities related to Quality Control throughout the production process·To be responsible for identifying and implementing cost efficiencies and developing cooperation within and between departments to achieve regular incremental improvements to the manufacturing process;·To document poor quality and investigate remake and reworks as a result of non-conformances through root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions and monitor results;Person Attributes·Experience of working in Quality Control with a sound working knowledge and experience of working in a fast-moving company;·Excellent product knowledge with knowledge of all processes in place to ensure a quality manufactured product;·A good understanding of what a good quality product looks like with the ability to educate the staff team to understand and achieve the manufacturing of a good quality product;·Excellent eye for detail with a strong knowledge of quality processes and the ability to focus on continuous improvements;·Previous supervisor experience would be an advantage with the ability to coach and mentor staff team;·Qualified to NVQ level 3 in Supervisory management or a willingness to undertake this qualification;·Good people management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor your team, undertake regular reviews with individuals, deliver tool box talks and team meetings and undertake yearly appraisals;·A can-do attitude is a must with the desire to achieve and be proud of the product quality;Interested Apply now, with CV and salary details, explaining why you are a suitable candidate Required skills
