Job Description

Quality Control InspectorThe hours of work for Quality Supervisor are Monday to Friday will work Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern on 6am - 2pm / 2pm -10pm.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the London Stock Exchange Group’s Top 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2020.Conservatory Outlet Ltd is an industry-leading manufacturer of home improvement products spanning contemporary extensions, conservatories, orangeries, roofs, glass, windows and doors in both uPVC and aluminium. As Quality Inspector you will oversee and monitor the inspection of manufactured products to ensure compliance to customer specifications and established quality standards.You will take pride in your work, know what good quality looks like, be able to identify and rectify quality issues and support the production of a quality product to our retail network. If you are looking for a role where you can utilise your skills, knowledge and experience and focus on the manufacturing of a quality product, then you could be perfect for these positionRole Responsibilities·To ensure an excellent level of quality, manufacturing of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, composite doors, gables, bi-folds and patios;·To focus on producing a quality product, in line with the production plan, ensuring targets are met and customer delivery is on time and in full;·To make sure all work is completed in line with the work instruction and standard operating procedures;·To follow and be responsible for the Health & Safety guidelines and regulations;Person Attributes·Experience of working in Quality Control with a sound working knowledge and experience of working in a fast-moving company;·Excellent product knowledge with knowledge of all processes in place to ensure a quality manufactured product;·A good understanding of what a good quality product looks like with the ability to educate the staff team to understand and achieve the manufacturing of a good quality product;·Excellent eye for detail with a strong knowledge of quality processes and the ability to suggest continuous improvement ideas;·A can-do attitude is a must with the desire to achieve and be proud of the product qualityInterested Apply now, with CV and salary details, explaining why you are a suitable candidate.
