An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join our Patient Flow Team.The role of clinical Patient Flow Manager is a senior clinical role charged with operational responsibility and accountability for patient pathways that support a corporate patient view across the organisation.This role ensures that the patient journey from admission, through to discharge, supports patient safety and quality.The role involves working with the divisional teams to ensure effective decision making as well as a robust plan in line with all the patient safety and quality standards the trust is committed to achieve.The role demands highly developed communication skills to facilitate liaison between departments and between the multi-professional teams and individuals.
