Occupational Health Nurse AdvisorWe are looking for an exceptional, dynamic & innovative Occupational Health Nurse Advisor To contribute to an effective occupational health nursing service to meet the needs of our Client to provide a comprehensive Occupational Health & Wellbeing nursingservice with a particular emphasis on return-to-work assessments and routine health screening.The Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Key Responsibilities will be:• To undertake pre-employment and pre-placement medical assessments on new applicants, as well as undertaking routine and non-routine medical assessments on staff in specialist roles, either in the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Services Unit or out inDivisions.• To undertake assessments of employees’ fitness for work and make recommendations and submit written reports to management, always ensuring strict compliance with the Nursing & Midwifery Council’s guidelines on medical ethics and confidentiality.• To offer advice to employees and Line Managers/HR on general physical health issues and general mental health issues, particularly with regard to their fitness for work.• To undertake some of all of the Medical Technicians duties in his/her absence• To assist the Nurse Manager in the efficient running of the Occupational Health & Well Being, including the preparation of Management Reports and statistical information on a regular basis.• To provide representation at Case Conferences when required• To demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high standards of service with an emphasis on quality at all times.To work as a Occupational Health Nurse Advisor in this unique role you will need:• Right to Work in the UK• A valid NMC Pin• Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing or equivalent postgraduate qualification as a minimum.The successful Occupational Health Nurse will benefit from:• Weekly Pay • Umbrella / LTD working or PAYE• Paid holiday (PAYE) up to 28 Days• Benefits and Work Discount scheme (PAYE)Client is offering a Fulltime 37 hours and Part-Time 22 hours, The OHA will have the flexibility to manage their own work time and work from Home will be available.If you are an Occupational Health Nurse, able to demonstrate the attributes of competence, with good communication and would like to be part of an amazing team please APPLY TODAY!Giuliana Cassiano
