Elevation Recruitment Group, Marketing Division are currently working with a successful SME to recruit a Marketing Manager to be responsible for marketing across the three companies within the group.* Work across 2 sites - Rotherham and Wakefield* Travel expenses covered* Chance to work as the sole marketer* 1 day per week working from home* Enhanced pension* Free parking* Annual bonusThis is a stand-alone role as a Marketing Executive / Manager and will be responsible for executing strategy and B2B campaigns for three brands under the organisation. You will work alongside a Digital Marketing Agency to project manage and deliver strategy,manage multiple websites and the individual marketing budgets.* End-to-end management and delivery of seasonal campaigns, effectively managing the digital marketing agency throughout* Be solely responsible for developing the annual marketing strategy across the group* Coordinate the delivery of product marketing including the development of sampling portfolios* Manager the annual budget for the groups companies* Line management of two members of staff based on two different sites* Overseeing and approving all content including text copy, imagery, artwork, and video for publication across a variety of channels including sales literature, websites, email newsletters, blogs, PR, social media, and case studies* Planning the groups event calendar, including exhibitions and trade shows* Analysing and reporting on all key marketing activities to ensure internal stakeholders are both engaged and informed on their effectiveness* Working closely with the external sales force to meet their demands for support with their customersAs this role is the sole Marketing position within the organisation, the successful candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and manage their own time effectively. In addition, we are looking for:* Experience in a marketing role, minimum 1 year following graduation or apprenticeship* Ability to manage time effectively* Project management skills* Familiar working with marketing agencies* Ideally have B2B marketing experience* Product marketing knowledge
