Protocol Education are currently working with a number of mainstream Secondary schools in Wakefield who are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join their schools.Candidates who have a background as a nanny, care worker, youth worker, sports coach or any other previous childcare experience would be highly recommended to apply.Duties as a Learning Support Assistant Include: Assisting in delivering effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups Helping with the planning and delivery of lessons Supporting the development of pupils, educational and behaviour related as well as SEND support (1:1 or in groups) Preparing classroom resources Providing feedback to teachers and parents Helping with extracurricular activities such as revision sessionsBenefits of working with Protocol Education PAYE pay at no cost to you.
