Job Description

Page Personnel are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading Wakefield based business who are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Account Manager. This is a hybrid role that is the link between Customer Service team and the customerClient DetailsOur client are a specialist manufacturing business supplying to key businesses in the retail sectorDescriptionKey Responsibilities Include;

  • Managing key relationships with assigned customers, ensuring the SLAs in place are maintained and the customer is happy
  • Be a single point of contact for assigned customers, being the link between the customer and various internal functions such as Customer Service, Logistics and the senior management team
  • Manage any client issues is an efficient and time effective manor, with limited impact to the customer. Where possible proactively highlight any potential issues and eradicate them before they come to light
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and their key business challenges, providing solutions to support their needs
  • Work with internal stakeholders by providing key MI to support with review meetings, which will help strengthen the working relationship
  • Provide Customers with excellent service at all times, putting the customer at the heart of all decisions made
  • Work to strict timescales in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • ProfileThe Successful Candidate;
  • Experience in a similar B2B customer service / internal sales / account management based role
  • Ability to manage strict SLAs
  • Ability to use own initiative to manage issues and problems within short timescales
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Self starter and proactive mind-set
  • Please note, this is not a sales based role. The role does not involve generating new clients / business and does not come with associated sales targets.
