IFA AdministratorWakefield regionUp to £25,000 basic plus benefits and exam supportAn IFA based in West Yorkshire are looking to add to their successful team with an experienced FS Administrator. This person will play a key role in supporting the advisors within the business. Some key responsibilities are:* Fielding calls from Clients and Providers and dealing with queries* Making up first call packs for Advisers - Obtaining quotes, key features and research material (file preparation)* Fund/Model Portfolio comparison reports (fund research)* Risk Profiling Reports* Rebalancing Client Portfolios & Fund Switching* Preparing Annual Review Packs for Advisers for Client Reviews, including preparing the review reports* Ad-hoc duties passed from para planning teamThe ideal applicant will have experienced directly supporting Financial Advisors across investments, pensions and life advice.
