We are recruiting for a Full-time, permanent position as a Digital Marketing Executive. The successfulcandidate will report directly to the owner in a hardworking, close-knit, and vibrant team.Digital Marketing Executive*£25,000 - £35,000 DOE*Hybrid working - Wakefield *Free parking*Friendly office environmentAs a Digital Marketing Executive you will have full ownership and responsibility to produce and implement a marketing plan for the organisation where you will support the owner with all other areas of marketing, as required. This is a digital marketing roleand will include the following responsibilities. *Act as the first point of contact for, and manage the relationship with external website/digital agencies to continually monitor and improve website performance - adding new banners, updating promotions and products and update website copy to boost SEO*Evaluating campaign performance by producing analytical reports including competitor analysis.*Designing and writing material for email campaigns, scheduling emails to desired audience with use of CRM development*Full management of social media strategy with the aim to increase following engagement. Platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube*Liaise with the in-house Technical department to update, create and promote new technical content for the website*Initiate, research, create and publish new marketing content, including news articles, case studies, newsletter features and press releases, as part of the companys wider PR plan*Utilise the internal CRM database to create targeted, bi-weekly product marketing emails*Participate in and contribute to quarterly PR strategy reviews*Produce monthly digital marketing performance reports for the Director group.The right candidate must be able to use their own initiative and feel comfortable taking ownership of the full marketing strategy for the organisation, in addition to the following;*Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role, degree or NVQ qualified*Software: CRM, CMS (WordPress or similar), Adobe Creative Cloud*Self-starter*Technical and creative abilities*Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst producing high quality work*Reliable and organisedThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied role where you will take full ownership of the marketing strategy for the organisation.
