Job Description

We are a creative agency specialising in the education sector and we are searching for a talented Designer (mid-level) & Digital Lead to assist in delivering innovative and creative design solutions.Set amongst the beautiful Nostell Priory parkland, our studio is a lively and unique place to work. We pride ourselves on our collaborative, energetic and personable approach, partnering with schools, multi-academy trusts and organisations to deliver design, photo and video and PR & marketing services.As a mid-level designer, you will work on a variety of visual communication material; from brand identity and print materials, to digital/web design and large-scale interior projects. You will be given a high level of ownership, enabling you to utilise and build on your creative talents.Your role as Digital Lead will require you to take on high-profile digital projects (app, web and animation design work) as well as advising and supporting other members of the team working in this area.Starting salary of £24,500-£27,000, depending on experience, with the opportunity to progress.Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with account managers and, in cases, clients directly, to understand and deliver to project and client needs.
  • Working with other team members to develop concepts and ideas, offering creative input and client awareness.
  • Delivering exciting and engaging design solutions with a high level of self-assured quality and attention to detail.
  • Contributing to new design ideas to add to the service of Engaging Education, in particular to the development and growth of the digital design offer.
  • Articulating design decisions well and offering constructive feedback for other creatives in the team.
  • Demonstrating effective time management and the ability to manage multiple projects within your schedule.
  • Offering positive support and guidance for junior designers.
    • Key Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite, including After Effects.
  • Strong communication skills.
