Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with our client based in Wakefield who are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to effectively manage customer cases in a heavily regulated environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing escalated complaints for the business and have a proven ability to remain impartial and empathetic whilst providing a high level of customer service from start to finish of the process.Ideally you will have experience of working within the rules and regulations of a regulatory body and have a good understanding of FCA regulations or similar.Duties & responsibilities will include:* Thorough investigation and documentation of customer complaints from point of initial call to the closure of the case* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant areas of the issue are investigated inline with FCA regulations * Responsible for remaining impartial and competent when obtaining information to enable a satisfactory and compliant resolution * Ensuring to provide a high quality customer service at all times * Ensuring accurate recording of all information on the company database * Providing professional advice and support in all correspondence and phone communication * Composing letters to send the customer at various stages of the case through to the final response letter * Escalating any serious complaints to Management promptly and identifying any breaches to company procedures * Producing complaints management information and statistics for senior management * Assisting in identifying common trends and issues The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following Key Competencies:* Experience handling complaints is essential * Experience of working in a financial or regulated environment desirable * Ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task effectively * Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality * Ability to negotiate, understand and empathise Benefits and Package:* Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Life assurance * Private healthcare * Gym Membership* Pension contributionElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
