Covering all aspects of insurance repair including but not limited to : Crack Stitch Repair; Fire; Flood; Drying;General and Maintenance; Impact and Natural Disaster; Subsidence Piling and Underpinning; Bespoke Joinery; Thermal Imaging and Technical.The role:My Client is looking to hire a qualified Building Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Wakefield but working throughout the North East. The majority of their work is undertaken on domestic properties predominantly in the range £5k to £50k.The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and scheduling repair projects, and ensuring repairs are carefully managed and carried within budget.The surveying duties are predominately associated with the repair of domestic properties arising from insurance claims and you will be working with loss adjusters and external surveying practices operating within the Insurance Industry.Duties:Daily tasks will change depending on the day and the project but can consist of:
