Apprenticeship Manager (Quality & Compliance)Salary £40,000 + BonusAdditional Benefits Location WakefieldHybrid WorkingStart ASAPRequired ASAP - An Apprenticeship Manager to be the main point of contact for Apprenticeship matters. This role will suit somebody from a background in Education and somebody who has a good understanding of Inspecting Framework / Ofsted inspections. Responsibilities:Oversee the development and tracking of the apprenticeship programUtilize online platforms (such as Maytas, OneFile, FIS, PDSAT, and NCFE) to manage, store, and monitor apprentice learnersServe as the Safeguarding Lead at Level 3Manage the apprenticeship team, including the functional skills and field assessment teamsEnsure that learners provide adequate evidence to meet ESFA and EPA requirementsAdhere to funding procedures (ESFA) for on-profile payments and EPAStay current with funding changes and returnsLead EPA (End-Point Assessment) initiativesCommunicate with assessors, IQAs, employers, and workplace mentors to schedule EPA datesParticipate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance program provisionFollow all rules and guidelines set by awarding bodies and the Code of PracticeProvide monthly updates to the Leadership TeamAccurately predict and address any income discrepancies, clawbacks, missed payments, or inaccuraciesDrive quality and compliance through the Quality Improvement Plan and Self-Assessment ReportCollaborate with the Delivery & IQA Manager to constantly improve provisionWork with the Commercial Training Manager and Delivery & IQA Manager to meet audit requirementsEssential Skills:Ability to handle pressureStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work with individuals from diverse backgroundsSupportive and patient demeanorAbility to work independently or as part of a teamOrganized and detail-orientedPassion for helping others grow and developTactful and patient demeanorAbility to explain complex topics clearlyThis job description is subject to change as the job duties may evolve over time.
