Job Description

Job Role: Account ManagerLocation: Remote working until January when brand new offices built in WakefieldSalary: £35K - £40kAre you looking to join a fantastic team with each day having different challengesWe are currently recruiting for a Account Manager to join a well-established team responsible for a range of brands that are well known within their category. We provide specialist sales expertise for our many well-known clients, representing their portfolioof products and creating new routes to market. You will join a fast-paced culture that strives in the face of challenges, you will receive guidance and support from the business to grow within your own career. The team operate as a family, all with a commongoal in mind and work together to meet this goal.The Role:

  • Regular day to day client contact
  • Overlay in-depth knowledge of the client and day to day activity to specialists to inform relevant plans of activity to be delivered by the wider agency
  • Work alongside the client services team, creative, digital and social to ensure all elements of activity are delivered efficiently and effectively and client goals are achieved and surpassed
  • Attend and lead frequent meetings, both internally and with client teams, to ensure our activity aligns with our clients objectives
  • Work with client services team to deliver effective and insightful reporting, in line with client expectations and requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand needs and spot opportunities for account growth
Desired candidateThe candidate must have a strong track record of achieving targets and delivering result against key business measures. Broad understanding of the total business mixmarketing, supply chain and financial management. Strong influencing skills along withexcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build repour.
