Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with Wakefield Council to recruit an Accomodation Assistant on an initial 2-month contract. The post-holder will provide administrative support to the accommodation team relating to the accommodation portfolioand the day to day work of the team relating to the accommodation portfolio and the day to day work of the team. To deal with a variety of customer contacts made via email, telephone and face to face, many of which will be from vulnerable households. The postholder is responsible for inputting and extracting data from Council and in house data bases and information systems.Role Information
