Job Description

Trainee Office Administrator - £22,000 - £25,000 plus excellent career opportunity based in Virginia Water, Surrey.This is a fantastic role within an extremely well-established Estate Agency where full training will be provided to a candidate with little to no administration experience looking for a long term career in the property industry.PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A DRIVERS LICENCE.Duties/attributes:

Regular telephone and email liaison
Take messages and organise appointments
Use of Microsoft Office programs (email, word, excel)
Willing to learn new computer systems in house
Undertake filing and organisational tasks
Handling keys and confidential information.
Keep properties up to date with safety tests
Organise contractors to attend properties when necessary
Liaise with clients/ tenants to arrange access to the property
Provide regular meter readings and deal with utility companies
Ability to cope with Varied jobs with new tasks
Keep property files up to date
Attend sites to permit access
