Job Description

Currently looking for a Trade Counter Assistant to join a long standing business based in the Uxbridge area. You will be working within a small and close knit team that have a all hands on deck approach to the working day. The company have a vast productrange so ideally would like to meet with candidates from the building trade who have some previous industry knowledge.Role responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and sales support
  • Prepare and submit sales orders and invoices
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM system
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
The ideal candidate:
  • Previous trade counter experience is essential
  • Basic math skills for order processing and calculations
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to upsell products or services to customers
  • Ideally a car driver
