Lead and manage team members to achieve company goals and objectives. Measure and monitor team performance according to program KPIs. Inform, update, and escalate program and people related matters to Head of Operations. Collaborate with People Partner to champion and deliver the people strategy. Ensure the team are trained and developed to fulfil role duties. Improve performance through coaching and L&D strategy. Embed a learning culture by sharing knowledge and expertise across the business. Commercial management of client programs. Maintain information security and confidentiality standards and practices. Monitor margins of programs to ensure profitability of the service. Create and issue client reporting for example performance, common trends, and challenges. Inventory management of projects and programs. Continually review and improve team procedures, processes and working practices. Escalation points for customers and team members to resolve issues.Program Duties: Scope the companys installation services required with customer and manufacturers. Drive Customer Service in all aspects of the role and throughout the Team. Anaylse Trends to Drive Improvements including process. Support Sales and Marketing team with negotiations and operational set-up requirements. Liaise with internal stakeholders for information on process delivery. Determine and inform IT of software needs to support program delivery. Manage the implementation process of new programs. Establish resources required to deliver and support programs. Onboard key client stakeholders onto the program. Generate and/or approve training briefs and guides for clients on how to use services. Creation of cost management trackers and TH per program. Administer setup of PHQ, client systems, warehouse support and space. Actively resolve new program queries and resolve gaps in program set-up. Quality review new program maintenance services and site visits with team members. Support team members with technical escalations. Resolve discrepancies with Partner costings on behalf of team members. Onboard and train new Partners on maintenance services. Resolve and negotiate costings queries/discrepancies escalated by team members. Monitor and report daily SLA performance. Issue monthly Partners confirmation of service costs for invoicing. Timely precision of monthly program commercials. Generate client performance and commercial reports according to programs.What we need from youExperience / Knowledge Previous managerial experience. Proven ownership/ hands on experience of projects from development to delivery. Strong customer service experience. Understanding and experience of running maintenance services/programs. Project management qualification or proven experience Knowledge of different project management methodologies. Customer facing project management experience. Retail/installation industry knowledge. Experience working with a project team to reach a goal. Technical documentation preparation. Commercially aware and negotiate results. Familiarity working with subcontractors. C or above in GCSE or equivalent, including English and Maths.Skills / Abilities Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excel formulas e.g. VLOOKUP and Pivot tables. Forward planner - assess operational impact of client requests. Conflict management. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Effective communication including verbal and nonverbal.
