This role will support the senior management team to ensure that we continue to deliver great patient care, staff well-being whilst simultaneously meeting the increasing demands of regulation and the development of integrated working between healthcare providers.You will be part of the management team that is responsible for the efficient and safe running of the business and this includes finance, HR, facilities, working practices, health and safety, IT, data protection/GDPR, CQC and other statutory compliances.This is a varied role and will be actively involved with all areas of compliance, quality and facilities management. This post will suit an individual who is prepared to be committed, innovative, flexible, works without direct supervision, able to work with staff, patients and external parties in a professional manner and use their own initiative.This post will suit somebody who wants to take on challenges and make a difference to both patients and the team.
