Job Description

Kindertons Accident Management work with Insurance Brokers, Repairers and on behalf of Insurance companies. We primarily support Clients who have been involved in an accident for which they are not to blame, pursuing the at fault insurer for the cost of the claim. We arrange a hire vehicle from our own nationwide fleet and can instruct approved repairers, logging all the important information regarding the claim on to our in-house system and taking care of the client until their own car is repaired and returned to them. It’s very important, that we offer a high level of Customer Service from their Claims application up to delivery and collection.The overall purpose of this position is to Assist in deliveries collections or vehicles swaps by utilising a 3.5 tonne car transporter, preparing and securing the hire vehicle. Ensuring the safe delivery of Kindertons fleet to the customer in a timely and efficient manner, working within set time frames. Offering a high standard of customer service to clients in relation to their road traffic accident claim.Range of Responsibilities

Ensure the preparation of hire fleet vehicles to a high standard for delivery to customers, adhering to the relevant procedures and completing all required documents.

To demonstrate vehicle instructions, whilst the fleet vehicle is stationary

Ensuring that vehicles required for the following days deliveries are accounted for and prepared

Ensuring that the depot parking area remains organised at all times with different vehicles allocated different areas as directed by the depot management.

Maintaining the yard and valet area to a high standard at all times.

Monthly stock checks at valet materials, chemicals and equipment.

Preparation of the yard in order for easy access for collection of vehicles by salvage agents or other Kindertons employees when appropriate.

Assisting depot administrators in dealing with damaged fleet vehicles by photographing those vehicles and taking for estimate and the designated fleet repairer.

Working as part of a team, attending team meetings and contributing where appropriate.

Any other duties reasonably requested by line manager.

Skills and Abilities Able to multitask and reprioritise throughout the day – to complete the daily Car deliveries to various locations.Confident and Personable– to ensure that we offer the very best level of service to every client we engage with.An understanding of the Highway Code.Ability to work on your own initiative and within a teamComfortable working towards targetsBe organised and able to work within set time frames.Must have held a full Driving license for at least two years.Additional Information

Holidays 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing by one day per year up to 25 days.

Hours of work are between 7am and 7pm, covering 5 days out of 7.
