Multi Trade Operative - £32,500.00 + Van & Fuel - South East LondonExciting Opportunity available for an experienced Multi-skilled tradespersonwith a good range of skills across all trades including Plumbing, Carpentry and experience with balcony leaks, carrying out 3 layer felt, replacement tiles, Guttering and Facia repairs. You will not be expected to replace roofs but be confident carrying out Day to day repairs.My client is one of the Largest Housing Associations in the UK and can offer you regular work, an attractive and steady salary, standard working hours and generous employee benefitsYou will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance, carry out Disrepairs as well as larger repairs jobs.You will work in occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
