Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Lettings Consultants to join our branches across Essex including Hornchurch, Upminster and Brentwood.At Beresfords, our staff are at the core of all that we do which is why we have an extensive rewards system to demonstrate our commitment to our staff.   • Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations for property available.
  • Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio and reaching out to prospective tenants upon appointment of a new property.
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, with a view to negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant.
  • You will handle the enquiry from viewing through to the tenant move in date, and facilitating the administrative process.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and motivated in a target driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook
  • Complaint handling experience and empathetic approach
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential
Salary & BenefitsBasic pay is between £19,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience. Plus bonuses and other financial incentives offering an OTE of up to £24,000 per annum.Hours of WorkFour days during the week, 8.30am to 6.00pm, and every Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
