About the CompanyWe are a well-established, flood-restoration and mould remediation company whose business is built on offering high-quality customer care and service.The role involves assisting with a number of administrative duties, as and when required, including, but not limited to:- Administering email inboxes, databases, files and records.- Creation of letters and documents to send to clients.- Sourcing and liaising with suppliers.- Routine communication with clients.- Assisting the owners with the day-to-day running of the businessYour standard working hours are negotiable. We are open to a part-time or full-time appointment. This role will be based out of our offices in Upminster.We will provide you with relevant training.About YouYou will have the following:- Education: English and Maths at Grade C or higher at GCSE or equivalent and relevant experience working in an administrative role, or three A-Levels at grade C or equivalent or a relevant degree.- Demonstrable IT experience with ideally Apple equivalents or- MS Office with relevant qualifications.Benefits:- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year- Company pension- Private dental insurance- Private medical insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- No weekends
