This role is pivotal to assist the Company in establishing and grounding the operational aspects of the services that the West Lancashire GP Federation provides. We are a small growing team and you will have much scope to contribute, this is a responsible role and vital for safe and excellent patient services!The main focus for the post holder is to understand the operational delivery requirements of the services OWLS are contracted to deliver and to support the operational team to ensure high quality of provision and supervisory continuity across the full seven day week and to fully appreciate operational detail.The post holder will provide all duties to the organisation and operational team to support the operational delivery of all services that OWLS are contracted to deliver to ensure high quality of provision. You will have the opportunity to assist in the development of standard operating procedures to ensure we deliver robust and effective services.
